Cast
Jacqueline Rose is a London and Melbourne actress, writer and filmmaker, working across film, commercials, theatre and improvisation. She stars in the award-winning short ‘First’ and is developing her own projects as a writer, including ‘Riding Horses Up Everest’ and ‘Crypto Pyramid’. Her training draws on many traditions, including Meisner, Larry Moss and Patsy Rodenburg, and she has appeared in ‘Hamnet’, ‘Wicked’ and ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’.
Melbourne-based actor Kit Dabas trained in the Meisner and Stella Adler traditions, and that grounding shapes everything he does. He works from listening and truthful response, letting a scene happen rather than performing it. Across film and stage, he is drawn to quiet, character-driven work, and treats every role as another chance to deepen the craft.
James Wilson began his acting journey in 2020 as a background extra before diving into formal training and transitioning to screen roles. Reborn marks his second short film. James bring a natural, grounded performance to the character of Fares, a quality he strives to bring to every role.
